SYS.00 · You don’t need a store. You need something to sell_

Forget Canva.
Forget Shopify.

Open Claude and Obsidian.

If you’re somewhere between 18 and 37 and you’ve spent two years starting things you never finish, the tool was never the problem. The fastest digital product to build right now isn’t a store and isn’t a video course — it’s a vault of plain text. You write it in markdown, you zip it, and it can sell from day one. This is the manual for building yours.

No camera, no faceNot a single video of you unless you want one.
No stock, no suppliersOne file. It delivers itself.
Every figure sourcedPlatform fees with a link and a date.

SYS.01 · First, the uncomfortable part_

There are no screenshots of my account on this page

No sales carousel, no Stripe dashboards, no “here’s my best month”. This just opened. I’m not going to show you a number I can’t back up, and I’m not going to pretend I’ve been living off this for years.

And yes, I know what you’re thinking: another person making money telling you how to make money. Here’s the difference I can actually defend: there’s nothing here to resell. No resale rights, no recruiting, no tier above you taking a cut. What you build is yours and it stops with you.

What I can prove is inside: every platform fee carries its official link, its date and a label saying where it came from. You can open them one by one before you trust a single sentence of mine.

Real extract · Fee matrix · Verified 13 Sep 2026
Skool — $9/mo at 10% · $99/mo at 2.9%Confirmed
Gumroad — 10% + $0.50 direct · 30% via DiscoverConfirmed
Whop — 0% without automations · 3% with Discord or TelegramThird-party
Gumroad — minimum payout balanceConflicting

Yes, one row says “conflicting”. Two sources disagree, so it’s labelled that way instead of picking whichever one reads better. That’s the standard across the whole vault.

SYS.02 · Pricing_

One payment. Yours for good.

No subscription, no hidden tiers. When a platform changes its fees, the matrix gets updated and you get the new version at the same link, at no extra cost.

SYS.03 · Sound familiar?_

The graveyard of things you started

The store you built in one weekend Domain paid, theme picked, twelve products uploaded. Zero sales. Still there, still charging you monthly.
Three reels and an abandoned account You posted them, they did 200 views between the three, and you decided it wasn’t for you. That was week two.
The course you quit at module 2 Nine hours of video. You watched ninety minutes. It’s still in a tab you won’t close because closing it admits something.

In all three, money moved. Just not toward you. And the pattern wasn’t laziness: it was building before knowing whether anyone wanted it, and quitting right before anything starts to work.

SYS.04 · What this costs you, and it isn’t the money_

Without the work, this is worth nothing

I’d rather you close the page now than buy it expecting something else. Here’s the work, and none of it is automated:

This is not a passive income machine. It’s a manual that tells you what to do, in what order, and by what standard, so you don’t lose six months. The work stays yours.

SYS.05 · What’s inside_

Seven folders. Thirty-one files.

31markdown notes
54k+words
7thematic blocks
0video filler
00_MOCsThe map and the week-by-week execution route, with gate criteria so you don’t move on too early.
01_Market_IntelligenceWhat sells now, how the burned-out 2026 buyer decides, 40+ subniches with growth signals, and a full teardown of a real offer that prints.
02_Product_EngineeringValidate in 7 days before writing anything. Guides, toolkits, milestone-based courses, and the markdown vault as a product.
03_PlatformsSkool, Whop, Hotmart, Gumroad and Stan in depth, plus the fee matrix with real take-home by scenario.
04_Conversion_and_SalesDirect-response copy block by block, the short-form organic funnel, email, small-budget ads and comment-to-DM.
05_Playbooks_and_OpsThe phased plan, the launch checklist, the metrics that matter, and legal copy ready to paste.
99_TemplatesLanding page, course curriculum, 8-email sequence, and the Notion Life OS documented in full.

SYS.06 · Why plain text and not video_

A course you watch. A vault you use.

01 Searchable in one second What does Whop take on a €47 sale? Type “Whop” and you’re on the number. In nine hours of video that’s twenty minutes of scrubbing.
02 You edit it for your case Templates get filled in place. Curriculum, landing page, emails: open, change, save. No copying from one screen to another.
03 Hand it to your AI as-is It’s markdown. Give Claude the folder and it works from your context instead of guessing. That’s the part a PDF can’t do.

SYS.07 · How you get it_

From payment to inside: five minutes

Step 1Pay and downloadCheckout on Whop. The ZIP is available immediately, no waiting on anyone’s approval.
Step 2Install ObsidianFree, on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iPhone. Open folder as vault and you’re in.
Step 3Open STARTIt routes you by where you actually are: no idea, unvalidated idea, product but no sales, or already selling.

Don’t want to install anything? The files open in Notepad. You lose the navigation between notes, but the text is all there.

SYS.08 · Questions_

What I’d ask

Isn’t this just another make-money course?

It’s a manual about selling digital products, so yes, it lives in that category. What separates it: you don’t resell this, there are no resale rights, there’s no tier structure and I don’t earn from anyone you bring. And there’s no number promised — you won’t find “you’ll make X a month” anywhere, because I don’t know and neither do you.

How much have you sold?

Not much, which is why it isn’t on this page. If your buying criterion is seeing income screenshots from whoever’s selling, this isn’t for you and there are hundreds of offers that will show you them. What I offer instead is that every figure in here can be checked at its source.

Do I need to know Obsidian or AI tools?

No. Obsidian installs in two minutes and reading only requires opening the folder. AI makes writing faster, but the vault works exactly the same if you write it yourself.

Does this work outside Europe?

Yes. Market, product, platforms, copy, traffic, email and metrics have no nationality, and that’s the bulk of it. The only country-bound part is one note: the legal templates are drafted for Spain and the EU (14-day withdrawal rights, VAT, OSS). The earnings disclaimer and the licence work anywhere; the withdrawal waiver and the seller-identity block you’ll need to adapt to your own rules.

How long until I have something live?

Entirely down to you. The route is laid out in weeks: validation in 7 days, minimum product in 7–14, store and checkout a few days after. Hit the calendar and you have something for sale in four or five weeks. Post when you feel like it and you don’t.

What does it cost to run, beyond the vault?

Less than you’d think, and it’s itemised inside: Obsidian free, Whop with no fixed fee, email tools with free tiers up to a certain volume. Real costs appear if you pick platforms with monthly fees or if you run ads — and the fee matrix tells you at what revenue each one starts to make sense.

Can I resell the vault, or use it to make a copy?

No. The licence is personal and non-transferable: you can use and adapt it in your projects and your clients’, but not resell, share or publish it, or build a product with it that competes with this one. What you build with the method is yours; the files aren’t.

What if it doesn’t help?

Read what the product pages say before you pay: the number of notes, the word count, the folders, exactly what is and isn’t inside. If what you receive doesn’t match that, it gets corrected or refunded. If it matches and you simply disagree with it, that isn’t a refund — and I’d rather say so here than after you’ve paid. Your statutory right of withdrawal is set out in full at the bottom of this page.

Nobody is going to build it for you.
But you no longer have to guess the order.
